Piña Colada Smoothie

We started with a neutral hard seltzer base and dialed the ABV up to 8.5%

Next we added 600 Lbs of cream of coconut puree, 400 Lbs of pineapple puree, 20Lbs of lime juice and all natural Jamaican rum flavoring.

The result? An entirely unique tropical flavor explosion of coconut, pineapple and lime that instantly transports your taste buds to the beaches of San Juan.

At 11% abv, Giant is loaded with all the Citra hops we could get, in the whirlpool, boil and dry-hop additions to create a verifiable juice juggernaut with flavors of citrus, pineapple and candied orange peel.

While strong in character and bursting with flavor, Giant remains supremely drinkable with a fluffy full body, smooth enveloping mouthfeel and dry, never cloying finish.

R.O.B - New England IPA - Now on tap 🤖

R.O.B is a small batch experimental brew using CryoCitra + CryoPop for hop additions.

These Cryo hop variations are concentrated hop pellets with less vegetal matter for a bolder taste without the astringency.

The result is enticing aromas of peach and pineapple gummies with flavors of ripe peach, stonefruit and citrus. R.O.B finishes clean with very low bitterness.

This is a limited run, so stop by and grab a pint before this gem disappears off the big board !

Our first beer brewed with the Nectaron hop variety. Originally from New Zealand, Nectaron offers an intensly tropical flavor pallete of pineapple, peach, plum and passionfruit. Combined with the time-tested citra, Nectron is gushing with juicy flavor and low  bitterness.

Aromas of pineapple and orange with a slightly hazy, golden appearance and a pleasantly soft palette coating mouthfeel with a medium body and smooth finish.

Gwendolyn is a 4.5% abv Blueberry Sour Ale Brewed with @stonepathmalt Pilsner , 2-row malt and 90 LBs of real blueberry puree.

Then we added a dose of lavender and lemon for a light, fruity and refreshingly tart summertime brew 😋
