New England IPA

Our first beer brewed with the Nectaron hop variety.

Originally from New Zealand, Nectaron offers an intensely tropical flavor palete of pineapple, peach, plum and passionfruit.

Combined with the time-tested citra, Nectron is gushing with juicy flavor, low bitterness and silky smooth drinkability.

Farmhouse Saison

Farmbot is brewed with Wheat Malt, Pacific Jade hops and Belle Saison yeast.
Typical of a farmhouse saison, Farmbot presents a light body, high carbonation and supreme dryness.

The Belle Saison yeast esters create a flavor palette of pear, peach and mild herbal spice that is an excellent compliment to the hot summer days ahead.

Mexican Lager w/ Maize

Our seasonal Mexican Lager is brewed in celebration of Cinco de Mayo and features Nor'East Pilsner malt and Que Bueno yeast for a clean, dry and crisp foundation.

Flaked Corn and Motueka hops are added to lighten the body and add undertones of fresh crushed citrus and mojito lime.

Refreshing and enticingly sessionable enjoy Mex-One on tap, served with a lime, or grab a four pack for a day at the beach

This Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Smoothie Sour is brewed with loads of strawberries, rhubarb and vanilla ice cream.

A fruited kettle sour, Strawbot has a thick mouthfeel, creamy head and pale red color. This unique brew is tart yet sweet and bursting with strawberry flavor!

Double Dry-Hopped Double New England IPA

Sophia is a Double Dry-Hopped Double New England IPA packed with layers of big bold flavor from hop additions of Citra + Nectaron + Riwaka.

Aromas of Citrus, honeydew melon, pineapple and kiwi with touch of dankness. Full body and pillowy mouthfeel with very low bitterness.

Zesty citrus, pineapple and stone fruit dominate the flavor profile and make Sophia an exceptional example of the Hazy NEIPA style.

New England Pale Ale

Aromas of pineapple and orange with a slightly hazy, golden appearance and a pleasantly soft palette coating mouthfeel with a medium body and smooth finish.

Czech Dark Lager

Daemon is brewed with Pilsner Malt, Caramunich and Chocolate Malt for a rich, dark color with complex flavor profile characterized by notes of toffee,dark fruit, chocolate and caramel sweetness.

Full bodied mouthfeel, smooth and drinkable with a creamy, lingering head.

Irish Red Ale

Max is brewed with Red Malt, Roasted Barley and Crystal 30 for mild caramel and toffee like flavors coupled with an earthy aroma from additions of traditional East Kent Golding hops.

West Coast IPA

Our take on the classic West Coast IPA, big and bold without the overwhelming bitterness.Brewed with Proximity two row barley, white wheat malt and Caramunich, Dolores pours a light amber color with a big, pure white head.
Simcoe, Centennial and Amarillo in the dry hop for a piney, resinous flavor with a balanced bitterness, dry crisp finish and pleasant caramel aroma.
